Fanreise der besonderen Art

Donnerstag 19.

Dear Sirs,

First, I sincerely want to thank You in front of our delegation that went to Klagenfurt to see the match Croatia – Poland. It was really a great experience which is certainly going to be carved in our memories forever.

There are no words to describe the excitement that Lions club provided for the people with disabilities that we had an opportunity to escort to the match.

Concerning the trip itself and our arrival to the fan zone and later to the stadium, I have to say that was more than excellent. We parked the vans some 100 meters from the fan zone, and the parking space at the stadium that You provided, were not more than 50 meters from the entrance, which was really a relief for the disabled. The person in wheelchair was seated right next to the pitch (there was no need to carry him).

I have to point out, that Your act moved us very much, and gave us a few ideas for the future in order to make life of the people with disabilities little nicer. I truly hope that we will have the chance to meet you and thank You personally, and that we will be able to do something similar for You.

Once more, thank You and the Lions Club.

Best regards,
Bojan Su¹anj & Rijeka Sport’s Association
